The upcoming POCO X8 Pro and POCO X8 Pro Max are expected to be two of the
most powerful mid-range smartphones of 2026. Designed to deliver flagship-level
performance at competitive prices, the new POCO X8 series could attract gamers,
content creators, and heavy smartphone users.
The POCO X8 Pro is rumored to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display
with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate for ultra-smooth scrolling and
gaming. Meanwhile, the X8 Pro Max may offer a larger 6.8-inch AMOLED screen
with enhanced brightness and immersive visuals. Both devices are expected to
include an in-display fingerprint sensor and premium design aesthetics.
In terms of
performance, the X8 Pro could run on a MediaTek Dimensity 8-series chipset,
while the Pro Max may use a more advanced Dimensity 9-series processor. With up
to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, multitasking and gaming performance should be
seamless.
Battery life is
expected to be a key highlight. The X8 Pro may pack a 5,500mAh–6,500mAh
battery, while the Pro Max could feature an even larger 8,000mAh+ unit with 100W
fast charging support.
The expected price range is around $399–$599, depending on the variant. The POCO X8 Pro series launch is anticipated in early 2026.
